Tips for beginners
« on: Wed May 06, 2020, 11:33:54 AM »
I am going to post some tips over time for those new to hydroseeding or getting into it for the first time.  Some of these will be pretty basic but they may be helpful to those new to hydroseeding.  I will keep posting new suggestions and tips over time.

Tip One, Saving water

If you have cleaned out your hydro seeding unit the last time you used it and are mixing up a new load if you don't think about this you may go out and spray clear water for the first minute or so as the water you cleaned up the tank with works it's way out of the hose.

When we start our first load for the day before we start dragging the hose out we shoot it back into the tank until the spray turns green.  This saves 20-30 gallons of water and since sometimes you may run out of material with a small area to do it may save mixing up a partial load to finish.
